Carpenter by trade and a keen sportsman, Tim established Bruce Construction Design Pty Ltd in 2014. As owner and Managing Director of BCD, Tim is committed to exceeding his clients’ expectations from initial project management through to hand over. As part of any new building endeavour, Tim prioritises an open and trusting client relationship which he firmly believes is the basis of any successful project. He manages a highly skilled team with a wealth of experience, delivering innovative builds alongside strong construction management capabilities.

RYAN DUNN

Victorian raised, Ryan’s attitude and approach to the building process is a testament to himself. His ability to control on-site programming with sub-contractors, is the backbone to delivering high quality builds for our clients and key stakeholders. With vast experience across commercial and residential projects throughout Australia, Ryan’s ‘hands on approach’ ensures productivity and sets the precedent on each and every project.

GERARD ARANGIO

From a hybrid background of working in both construction and development, Gerard has the unique ability to handle projects from all angles. Balancing objectives and achieving the desired outcome is something he likes to hang his hat on. No two of our jobs are ever the same and he enjoys the nuances in our bespoke and architectural projects. Estimating, quoting, ordering, programming and scheduling are all in his wheelhouse whilst completing projects on time and in budget.

SUPERVISOR

Giles is an important member of the BCD on-site carpentry/construction team. Originally from Victoria, Giles’ vast experience lies within the residential and commercial development sector. His ability to understand time, cost, buildability and thinking outside the box to achieve maximum results, makes him a valuable asset to our project stakeholders.

CARPENTER

Jordan joined our team in 2018 after extensive travel across Australia whilst sharpening his enthusiastic carpentry skills alongside. He brings an all-round ability to our team, with strengths in construction knowledge and on-site delivery skills largely due to his wide commercial experience over the years.
